About WildKind

Hi, I’m Bronwyn.

I'm so glad you're here. If you've found your way to WildKind, my guess is you're looking for something deeper than another wellness trend or quick fix.

Maybe you're exhausted all the time.

Maybe life looks fine from the outside, but inside you've lost your spark.

Maybe you're navigating burnout, chronic illness, a big life transition, anxiety, grief, or simply that quiet feeling that somewhere along the way you've lost yourself.

If that's you, I want you to know something. You're not alone. And you're certainly not broken.

Because not so long ago, I was exactly where you are.

For years, I went back and forth to doctors.

Blood test after blood test.

Appointment after appointment.

Every time I was told the same thing.

"Your results are normal."

"Try exercising more."

"Eat better."

"It's probably anxiety."

"It's depression."

And whilst anxiety and depression were part of my story, I knew deep down they weren't the whole story.

I didn't recognise myself anymore.

As a child, I was endlessly energetic. My parents nicknamed me "Taz" because I was always outside, climbing, exploring, making dens and getting muddy.

But somewhere between growing up, building a career and experiencing trauma, that wild little girl disappeared.

Instead, I was waking up exhausted after ten hours' sleep.

I struggled to think clearly.

My body hurt.

My nervous system felt permanently on high alert.

There were days I couldn't work.

Days I couldn't get out of bed.

Days where simply existing felt exhausting.

Deep down, I knew this wasn't the life I was meant to be living.

My body wasn't failing me.

It was trying to protect me.

Like many people, I'd spent years overriding what my body was trying to tell me.

Pushing through.

People pleasing.

Keeping busy.

Ignoring the warning lights.

I'd experienced trauma in my late teens that I thought I'd moved on from, but my nervous system hadn't.

As the saying goes, the body really does keep the score.

Eventually it became impossible to ignore.

What followed wasn't one magical fix.

It was hundreds of small decisions.

Talking therapy.

EMDR.

Learning about nervous system regulation.

Becoming fascinated by nutrition, blood sugar balance and lifestyle medicine.

Spending more time outdoors.

Cooking real food.

Resting without guilt.

Playing again.

Jumping on a trampoline (my pelvic floor didn't thank me!).

Splashing through puddles.

Choosing relationships, work and routines that helped my nervous system feel safe.

Little by little, my energy returned.

Not because I became a different person.

Because I finally came home to myself.

That's why WildKind exists.

When I first imagined this business, I wanted to build something that supported people rediscover the version of themselves that existed before life told them who they should be.

The playful version.

The curious version.

The one who wasn't constantly trying to optimise, achieve or prove themselves.

That idea never really left me.

It simply evolved.

WildKind became the place where two things came together.

Wild.

The joyful, playful, instinctive part of ourselves that modern life often teaches us to suppress.

And Kind.

The compassion to slow down, listen to our bodies and care for ourselves, each other and the world around us.

Because I don't believe true wellbeing comes from endlessly striving to become a "better" version of yourself.

I think it comes from reconnecting with who you already are.

My approach

As a qualified Level 5 Health & Wellbeing Coach, I combine evidence-based coaching with lived experience.

Together we'll explore the foundations of health and wellbeing, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, habits and behaviour change, while also making space for the bigger questions.

What gives you energy?

What's draining it?

Where have you stopped listening to yourself?

What does a healthy, meaningful life actually look like—for you?

I work with people experiencing burnout, chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety, life transitions, loss of identity and that quiet feeling of being disconnected from themselves.

You don't need to have all the answers.

You don't need to turn your whole life upside down.

Sometimes the biggest transformations begin with learning to notice what's been there all along.

Beyond coaching

WildKind was never meant to be just a coaching business.

It's a growing community for people who want to live a little differently.

Alongside one-to-one coaching, my vision is to create spaces where people can reconnect—with themselves, each other and the natural world.

Community gatherings.

Nature walks.

Retreats.

Shared meals.

Conversations around campfires.

Conservation projects.

Moments of play.

Because healing doesn't always happen in isolation.

Sometimes it happens when we remember we belong—to ourselves, to each other and to something much bigger.

If you've made it this far…

Thank you.

Whether you're here because you're exhausted, curious, navigating change or simply wondering if life could feel a little lighter, I'm really glad our paths have crossed.

WildKind isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about remembering who you've always been.

I'd love to help you find your way back.
