Welcome to WildKind wellbeing
If you've found your way to WildKind, perhaps you're looking for something deeper than another wellness trend, quick fix or productivity hack. Maybe you're exhausted, navigating a life transition, living with chronic illness, or simply carrying the quiet feeling that somewhere along the way you've lost a part of yourself.
WildKind was born from a simple belief: that many of the challenges we face today are rooted in disconnection. We've become disconnected from our bodies and no longer trust the signals they're sending us. We've become disconnected from one another in a world that's never been more digitally connected. And disconnected from the natural world, forgetting that we are part of it; not separate from it.
My work is about gently helping people find their way back. Through health and wellbeing coaching, community experiences and time spent outdoors.
I help people reconnect with themselves, build healthier, more sustainable lives and rediscover the joy of feeling fully alive.
My Story
Hi, I’m Bronwyn - empath, nature lover, Taz.
Before I became a qualified Level 5 Health & Wellbeing Coach, I was the person searching for answers.
For years I lived with chronic exhaustion, anxiety and periods of depression, alongside recurrent dislocations and chronic pain from hyper-mobility. I went back and forth to doctors, had blood test after blood test and was repeatedly told that everything looked normal. I knew deep down there was more to the story. I didn't recognise myself anymore.
As a child I was endlessly energetic. I was always outside, climbing trees, making dens, exploring and getting muddy. My parents nicknamed me "Taz" because I was forever on the move. But somewhere between growing up, building a corporate career, and experiencing trauma in my late teens, that Wild, energetic girl disappeared.
By my early thirties I was waking exhausted after ten hours' sleep, struggling with brain fog, chronic fatigue and a nervous system that felt permanently on high alert. There were days when getting out of bed felt impossible, and periods where I was unable to work. I had become so disconnected from myself that my body eventually forced me to stop and listen.
Recovery didn't come from one miracle cure. It came from hundreds of small decisions: talking therapy, EMDR, learning about nutrition and blood sugar balance, spending more time in nature, slowing down, cooking nourishing food, moving my body differently and making choices that helped my nervous system feel safe again. Slowly, my energy returned. More importantly, so did my curiosity, my joy and my sense of self.
That experience fundamentally changed how I think about health. It also led me to retrain as a Health & Wellbeing Coach so I could help others find their own way forward.
Why WildKind Exists
My experience taught me that health is about far more than the absence of illness.
Modern healthcare is extraordinary, and I will always be grateful for it. But so much of our system is understandably designed to respond once we're already unwell. I became fascinated by a different question:
How do we create the conditions that help people stay well in the first place?
The more I learned, the more I realised that many of the struggles we face—burnout, chronic stress, loneliness, poor mental health, persistent fatigue and a sense of feeling lost—have something in common. They are often symptoms of disconnection.
We've built a world that encourages us to do more, consume more and achieve more, yet many of us feel more disconnected than ever before. We outsource decisions about our bodies, ignore our intuition, rush through our days and spend more time indoors than any generation before us. Somewhere along the way we've forgotten that humans are part of nature, not separate from it.
WildKind exists to help people reconnect—with themselves, with other people and with the natural world—in ways that feel practical, meaningful and sustainable.
Because I believe that connection is the foundation of good health.
My Approach
As a qualified Level 5 Health & Wellbeing Coach, I combine evidence-based coaching with lived experience, behavioural science and over a decade of experience helping people navigate change.
Before founding WildKind, I spent my career designing strategic programmes for major global organisations, coaching C-suite executives, and facilitating breakthrough-thinking workshops. I understand the pressures of modern working life because I've lived them. I know what it's like to juggle ambition with wellbeing, and to work in high-performing environments.
Today I bring those two worlds together.
My coaching draws on health, nutrition, behaviour change, mindset and positive psychology, but it's never about chasing perfection or following someone else's version of a healthy life. Instead, it's about helping you understand your own needs, reconnect with what matters most and make sustainable changes that support your health for the long term.
Whether you're navigating burnout, chronic illness, stress, a career change, menopause, becoming a parent or simply feeling stuck, my role isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you build the confidence to listen to yourself and your body again.

Beyond Coaching
Although coaching sits at the heart of WildKind today, it's only one part of a much bigger vision - The WildKind Collective.
My dream is to create a community where people can reconnect not only with themselves, but with one another, and the world around them. Through community walks, retreats, shared meals, workshops, corporate wellbeing programmes and conservation projects.
For me WildKind is far more than a coaching business - it's a movement. A collective of people who believe that healthier lives and a healthier planet go hand in hand.
Because when we reconnect we don't just feel better. We care more deeply, live more intentionally, and aspire to leave the world better than we found it.
If you've made it this far…
Thank you.
Whether you're here because you're exhausted, curious, navigating change or simply wondering if life could feel a little lighter, I'm really glad our paths have crossed.
I'd love to connect with you and support you to find your way back.
WildKind isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about remembering who you've always been.
